It shouldn't be necessary for India to hand it over to Pakistan. The borders were fairly arbitrary to begin with, which is part of the problem, but both countries are stuck with them. Diplomacy should be enough between the two countries to calm things down. On India's part, it could make Kashmir a special administrative region, like Hong Kong is in China. But simply handing over Kashmir is capitulating to terrorism, which is not cool.

b/C ACCORDING TO THE TREATY all those states which are muslim majority will become a pary of Pakistan and other will remain indian so Kashmir is Muslim Majrity >>>>other is your dicission
