The bible prophecies about a great war against Israel in the last days. Israel will be protected and a peace covenant will be signed by a world leader promising that Isreal will be allowed to live peacefully. The signing of the peace covenant will usher in the 7 year tribulation and the antichrist will be the world leader who signs the peace covenant with Israel.

It all has to start somewhere. I believe this is the beginning of WWIII. However we will see how this all plays out. You do know that If the Anti-Christ is here , then the Christ will return as well. You can't have one without the other in this world. Say your prayers.

Actually, I'm pretty sure the Bible prophesy says that the entire world will be against Israel. Since the US is standing by Israel, I don't think the prophesy is true yet. Of course, if a Democrat becomes the next President and decides it is too un-PC to take Israel's side over Muslim terrorists for fear of looking like we hate all Muslims, we might stop backing Israel.
Of course, considering that the 12 tribes of Israel were scattered across the globe, I think the prophesy said the 12 tribes would be reunited. It might also be a metaphoric war against "Israel" or God's chosed people (which also includes Christians). You could say that this is already happening.
That really could be a sign of the end times. In addition to everything else, like the Tsunamis, hurricanes, earthquakes, etc.

The great war you're talking about will come after the signing of the 7 year peace accord. 3 1/2 years to be exact. but who would sign a peace accord in the middle of peace time? I believe this could lead to it but it's not the great war that has been prophesied. I honestly do believe this is going to lead to it though. but no one really knows when the end is that is a mystery of God.

Well, the Anti-Christ is suppose to be the same age as Christ when he started his ministry. But , for this war, I have looked into it, especially when it came to Gog and Magog. People say that it is Russia, but when I looked into it on Wikipedia, It shows up as Lebanon, and Persia is suppose to be apart of it. But I really can't say, if this is going to be the Armageddon. The Bible says that the Tribulation won't start untill the second coming of Christ. During that time, people will take the mark of the beast or die, now...The 666 isn't the mark of the beast that is going to be taken, it is more of a Roman Emporer. But if it were to happen, look at the Mayan Calender as well.

A lot of Christians believe that what is happening over there is a sign of the end times. I think so, too, especially if Syria gets involved. There are so many things in the Bible about it.
Remember, the Christians will be gone before the tribulation, so if it's getting ready to begin, then we are getting ready to leave!
