To help you with your willpower, do not go to websites where you will see naked or near naked women. When you are watching TV and something suggestive comes on, leave the room, come back when it is over. Do not look at magazines that have near naked or fully naked women in them. Keep yourself occupied with something interesting that you enjoy doing that is not related to women, sex, or masterbating.

OMIGOSH! Why do you want to know this? On average, men masturbate 3 times a week and women once every two weeks. There is nothing wrong with this. Statistically, people actually masterbate MORE when they have a significant partner. If you really want to stop than just take up a new hobby, work harder at work (you'll be too tired), or work out more.

IF you're a normal, healthy person -- YOU DON'T.

Masturbation is a practice common among healthy, normal people. As long as it isn't keeping you from doing things you need to get done (like professional or schoolwork), just enjoy it.

Of course, all that assumes you're having fantasies of sex with one or more other people. Even guys married to "trophy wives," guys that have sex several hours each day with their respective wives, still masturbate.

Self control. A LOT of self control. When you get the urge, try exercising. Cardio is best. Biking, jogging, swimming, they are all good. Push yourself to exhaustion.

Why would you want to stop? Are you at risk for being arrested or doing yourself physical harm? There is no reason to stop. This is one of the greatest things you can do for yourself!
