What "imani" said isn't true at all. I have Tourette's/OCD and was offered government assistance and declined. There is no such thing as a "Tourette's clause" or any other "clause." And medicine almost NEVER makes tourette's go away completely. If your friend can get help in your state, then go to a lawyer, because Tourette's is probably one of the top ten worst diseases you can have. I'm sure that if the case made it to the Supreme Court, or any lower court, they would rule in your friends favor.

They concept she were "moved by technique of the spirit". They concept this even better even as she all started seizing. The provider ended, and there she lay. nevertheless. It wasn't till her chum reminded human beings she became diabetic that any one even concept to do some thing remotely useful. So, apparently your fact is incorrect. apparently those living contained in the spirit can not tell the version from the spirit and diabetic unconsciousness. Yay!

There is no disability clause for Tourette Syndrome. It is a disease that can be controlled and maintained with medications. Disability will tell him to see a doctor, get medication and take it as prescribed. That's the best that he's going to get.
