without a device that tells how long you need to cook it, i had one, but it is back in my normal home, not my summer home.

the same way you do in low altitude. Put eggs in COLD water and set them to boil. The water boils slightly faster because there is less atmospheric pressure in high altitudes.

You just put them in a pan of cold water and bring it to a boil and for hard boiled eggs, boil them a good 5 minutes.. Its cakes that you need to worry about in high altitudes... enjoy

simple. Fill the pot with cold water add eggs. Turn the turner on high for 13 minutes. remove rinse and cool. then enjoy
