You can let the fluid out this wont make it heal faster though, you must remove that layer of skin that is blistered, it sounds like a fairly serious burn and i would be concerned about infection. If it is a 2nd or 3rd degree then it is into the adipose and muscle layer and can take a very long time to heal, Burns generally heal from the inside out. You should see a doc or go to a clinic/ER to make sure you dont need a specia;ized treatment.

A burn with blisters is a second degree burn. Yours is a small burn that can be treated at home but if it doesn't heal you do need to go to a doctor to get it checked. Do NOT ever break a blister on a burn, the fluid and skin over the burn are protecting the tissue underneath from germs that are on the skin, to open it would mean introducing those germs into an open wound.
There are several over the counter burn treatments that can be used... all of them are about the same. As long as the skin over the burn is intact you have a natural barrier to infection and don't really need any topical antibiotics on it. Keeping the burn covered loosely can help to prevent accidentally bumping the wound and opening up the blister.

Well there's controversy on to let out the fluid or not to be on safe side I would call a emergency room and ask to speak to a nurse. But for burns of any kind or any kind of skin problem including cancer, something that works and heals quickly is get a aloe Vera plant.. Or just get a stem off the plant slice it open there is clear kind of guey stuff in there extremely healing. Look up aloe vera and burns on the net... good luck ouchhhhhhhhhh

Breaking a blister can set you up for infection. Wrap the burn loosely with an over the counter burn treatment. If an over the counter burn remedy hasn't worked in a couple of days, see a doctor.

Blistering means its serious. You may want to seek medical help. Other wise rinse with cold water and try some burn spray. Let the fluid out but really see a professional.

Sterilize a needle by placing the pointed end in a flame for about 10 seconds. Puncture the very edge of the blister with the needle and weep the blister with clean hands or holding sterile gauze. apply aloe vera gel and let dry. Reapply three times a day. Don't peel off your skin, it acts as its own bandage.

KEEP THE FLUID IN! if you let it out, more skin will form and more fluid will start collecting, the fluid will evaporate. Meanwhile you can smear antibiotics on the burn. Tell your doctor if you start having allergic reactions from the antibiotic

If you let it out, you risk infection. Put triple antibiotic ointment on it and keep it covered. When the blister turns to a scab and is crusty you can keep the bandages off of it.

I would let it out and get some aloe for it. I've found that aloe heals burns a lot faster than anything else you'll likely find in the store.
