Great Britain. There was much negotiation as well for defining the USA-Canad border; we got Oregon, Idaho and Washington and G.B. got Vancouver Island.
Gorgeous scenery all over the place, but it does seem to rain a lot :-)
The islands in Puget Sound are especially beautiful places to live.
