No way. Get to know her, maybe go out together, maybe later on..she may become your girlfriend, but think carefully before you do smth. How old are you? 13?

well no, you should not propose to her... people can be so different after you really get to know them.. if you have never even met her all you have done is talk with her .. you need to get to know her a lot better than that....i think you need to see her... have you even seen a picture of her... i know the decision is up to you but do not make such deep decisions so soon..
