Exercises can't really make you grow more, but they will make you stand up straighter, which will give the appearance of height. Plus, good posture is something to look for anyways - it will keep you tall throughout life - yoga helps with that.
But aside from that, you are 13 - be patient. My bones grew until I was 23, so don't stress about it. Be happy with who you are. Plus, are you measuring yourself against boys? Because I have a hard time believing that "everyone" in your year - so they are 13 too? - are already 5'6" and above, when the average height of women in the United States is 5'4". Or are you in a grade with grownups? Most of my coworkers are under 5'4" - may want to check the data there so you don't stress yourself out over something that comes natural.

I've dated a lot of women your height. They were beautiful. Don't worry about your height. Concentrate on developing a pleasant personality instead.
A doctor can give you some good advice on things to avoid and things to do that will increase the odds of adding some height, but really, girl, it's not that important.
