Don't you think you should maybe pray for forgiveness? According to the bible, you should love thy neighbor, right? And before anyone says anything, I'm agnostic.

Hi PeacefulThunder -

What a noble thought..... asking people to follow the ENTIRE bible instead of selectively picking and choosing. You're too rational for Y!A :-)

BTW - I'm a deist

And for all you people who apparently can't read, the question was directed to "ATHEIST BASHING PEOPLE" not to atheists.
DUH!!!

We shouldn't be angry of the atheists, for so many don't know what they are saying. All we can do is blessed them, love them and always pray to God that some day they will see the truth of His word. Yes, they say the Bible is just a book.. But that Book carries the word of God. People can tear up all the bibles that want, but that word is going to continue in our heart. That is why God says, to have His word written in our heart, because the time will come that all bible will be collected.

Lets answer all their question with love and respect, we don't lose nothing, but we have to care for their salvation as well.

Let us not grouch the word, this doesn't please God. God's word supposed to be edifying to all souls for salvation.

Love you very much, I know I don't know you, but I know that you are part of the body. We carry our body, but still we don't know our whole body.

there's a distinction. human beings can no longer help what race they're... it is organic probability. besides, it is a few thing it truly is finally irrelevant to how they're going to artwork together with individuals. human beings's faith is distinct. it truly is a concept structure which someone has followed (except they're thoroughly spineless and purely believe each and everything they're informed). concept structures are there to be knocked down. i am going to admit that that distinctive what's declared on right here isn't some thing better than senseless abuse, and that is incorrect, in spite of the indisputable fact that it is completely proper to criticise them and talk about their flaws. to judge it to racism is, conveniently, ridiculous. there is no actual similarity between both. it may well be better to judge it to the Liberal bashing which works on a lot right here. Political ideologies are equivalent to non secular ones. twist of destiny of start isn't.

Atheist believe religion is mind a controlling device. Some works some don't and many sucks!

Love thy enemies? Tell the middle-easterners. That is where the goD Believers religions of the Abrahamic faiths evolved from. They are killing goD believers and non-believers!

Haven't you noticed that much of Christianity is a superficial veneer, sort of like a magic cloak people put on when it's convenient and take off when it's not? But actually that's a good thing. When Christians don't behave like Christians are supposed to, that shows promise. They don't quite believe their own dogma, which is good.

Do note, atheists do not believe in a God. Therefore, the notion of even praying to one is foreign.

And why should we anyway? We're not even Christians in the first place, neither do we claim to follow any idealistic moral code as prescribed by the bible.

Therefore, your question is irrelevant to our kind.

Why do you selectively pick on Christians? Why don't you look at the bashing the atheists do to the Christians or is that to open minded for your biased mind.

No, I don't, I am atheist. So I do not believe in god. So I would not be praying to anyone. This is like asking why Christians do not worship Satan, because according to the Satan worshipers you should.

I don't "bash" atheists, I feel sorry for them. They are missing a very important part of their lives. Kierkegaard said, in the 17th century, that man has a God shaped hole in him and only God can fill it. That is why people who turn to drugs, gambling, etc. to fill that hole are never complete.

Why should we pray for forgiveness exactly? To who? Are you sure you aren't talking about THEISTS?

I'm completely confused by the wording of this question.
