As a rule, guys do mature more slowly than girls, but once grown I think it depends on the guy and the girl.

In junior high, then they catch up in high school. Unfortunately, some guys never quite grow up, and they give the others a bad name.

yea, my neece is he same age as my cousin (19 months). my family say my neece is more mature than my cousin by the way she acts and understands.
