how do i get it out?!?!?!? it is the metal from a wooden writing utensil

I assume you mean pencil lead.
Take something thin and hard and insert it between your teeth and gently and slowly lever your teeth apart. Once you have slightly widened the gap between your teeth then hold it there and try and remove the pencil lead or whatever.
I cannot stress enough that you be careful. You could chip or remove a tooth this way, so be very careful.

just go to your dentist and tell him/her. They won't charge much if anything for it and your teeth will be safe.
