Well, the compliments just means he thinks you are pretty, and nice. That usually means he likes you in some way, but not much more than just meaning he thinks you are pretty and nice.
If he tells you he loves you, he's playing with your emotions to get what he wants, which is probably some physical contact.
If he doesn't ask you out, then he must not like you enough and anything he does before that point doesn't mean anything.

there are some people who are not afraid to show their feelings. it seems as though that he has a tendency to go very fast in a relationship. but i would be very careful because he might say he loves you to get into something more serious so i would watch my back, and talk to your closer friends and see if they have any thoughts what you should do

it depends how old u are like if ur 15 and he's 15 and he's "showing off" then that's prettty immature for that age.
be careful he could just wanna flip u (u know what i mean) watch out with how he looks into ur eyes. also when he asks u out, ask him "would u be willing to ask my parents for permission to go out with me?"
if he says no it could mean he's scared but also u have to check out his insecurity that could mean that he just wanted to play on ur slide and merry-go-round (from the song sexy lady by nb ridaz LOL) well anyway ask his friends or people that know him well maybe they could help u but don't rely on everything they say they could be lying to u to help out "their buddy"-good luck

will first of all love to kids is just a feeling and when he tells you are pretty maybe he justs wants to talk to you to get to know you better and stuff and on the fone tell him to prove it and if he does at least he stays true

He sounds sincere. Of course he likes you. You can be pretty, but not liked. If you're pretty and nice then he likes you.
