Why are women who are pro choice quick to say it's my body and I do what i want with it, but then are even quicker to tell a man to get a visectomy? Hypocrites?

There are women who say they are pro-choice who are really control freaks. They want total control of every aspect of their lives. They want no surprises. They cannot accept anything that they do not personally plan and control.
Such women are not really about choice. They are only about control. They hide behind a pro-choice stand because it is convenient to their needs.
That is why they choose death over life when they unexpectedly become pregnant. They feel betrayed by both their birth control and their partner. They are angry. These women have no flexibility in their lives, no ability to shift gears or change paths.
This is why they advocate vasectomies for men, not for the man's good, but for theirs. They want to control their entire environment. If you are in their environment, they want to control you.

What women are you talking about... I would like to see your research and stats on women "FORCING" men by way of media, legislature, or any other means into getting a vasectomy.
I'm totally pro-choice but I'm not going to make my husband get a vasectomy.
Way to make up a theory on the spot and go with it!

That's a very broad generalization that isn't true. Most women don't think that's true.
My husband and I agreed that once we're done having children, he will get a vasectomy. But that's because tubal ligation is more painful, and I've already suffered 9 months of pregnancy, and 20 hours of labor. My body has been through enough. :o)

I think what would make them hypocrites is if they forbid men to get vasectomies. Hypocrites operate on a double standard. If I were to tell a pro-chioce woman who was intent on keeping her baby to get an Abortion, I believe she would be nearly as mad as you would be if you were told to get a vascectomy. They allow you the right to get a vasectomy, and that makes them operating on the same standard that they wish you to operate toward them dealing with their bodily choices. Mahalo, friend, be not so quick to judge.

This is a rather unfair argument. Abortions and vasectomies are not comparible "operations." And often a man will tell a woman to have an abortion when he did not take the proper precautions -- and yet continue to be unwilling to change himself.

I'm pro-choice and I never told any man to get a vasectomy. That's a personal decision.
The only people I tell get a vasectomy are dorks like yourself. Your crippled genes would damage the gene pool.

I think women who are pro choice are just selfish. They take someone, who granted is of their own flesh, but still has completely different DNA, and murder it. They may say they have their reasons, but that child is still a human being. It has its own life to live, its own choices to make. and it gets killed before it has the chance!

It's spelled vasectomy.
And you're generalizing. Pro-choice women are not like this by and large.
