No person is responsible for an abortion other than the woman or couple who decides to get one. It's their choice, and they have the right to make that choice.
Luckily, because abortion is legal, back alley abortions don't really happen anymore.

that is a fairly skewed perspective, however, in a sense you are correct.
i am pro-choice, not b/c i will ever, myself, choose to have an abortion, but b/c i don't feel it is my place to sit in judgement of others. i don't feel that it is my place to tell other people how to live their lives.
my husband smokes. i wish he didn't, but i know that the only one who can control that is him. we do, however, agree on him only smoking outside on the porch and not in the house.
he doesn't violate my right to a smoke free environment and i don't violate his right to make an unhealthy choice like smoking.
see, people should mind their own lives and things may be a little better.

no. and there are extremes to every side. only a very small amount may be doing back alley abortions as you call them
