uphill/ downhill/ flat land?
If its flat land you should speedwalk/ jog to see results

Yes, walking is one of the best! So is swimming or water arobics because of the resistence. Good luck!

Sure, up to a point. It would definitely build endurance. If you want to build strenght beyond that, you need to work with weights.

Definetly!! And you can add some hills or incline. Too much incline and your thighs get bigger. So it is up to you.
