Hi I am currently trying to loose about 2 stones thats 28lbs or 12 1/2 kg for those who dont recognise stones.I am using the good old, eat less and exercise more theory, I would like to find someone in a similar situation who would like a diet buddy to go through the process with. Any offers?

I would love to join you if interested and we can keep track of each others progress. In fact I am on my way to go work out.

I am in Atlanta, GA and have been running on an eliptical for the last 5 months or so. However, I really have not lost the weight I would like. My legs have become gigantic though and the knee brace I used to wear no longer fits.

Ideally, I would like to lose about 20 more pounds. I recently have begun to incorporate weight trainig into my routine as a way to increase my metabolism through the creation of muscle mass and hence the more burning of fat.

I am a proffesional Chef, so there is an occupational hazzard as well. I have tried to cut back on what I eat and definately drink less and lots of water. I am eating more meals a day and definately have changed what I eat.

Would love to trade stories and secrets if you are interested.

Hi depending on where u re, if u re in the uk, the best means would be buying the "U ARE WHAT U EAT" boo, its by Dr Gillian McKeith, i ve used it and it really works.
It will encourage u to eat more but healthy stuff and mostly EFAs that will help u cut down the weight.
Its worked fro me and i eat as much as i want, but healty and i ve managed to stay a size 8.
So i think it will work for u too.

Set your personal machine alarm to ring hourly—stand way up for 1 to 5 minutes whenever it goes off.

Find the right diet for your individual body because there are many ways are there to lose weight just find what works for you

think ahead to how youll eat and exercise on the weekends its easy to get too relaxed on saturdays and sundays but healthy living is a 7 day a week endeavor
