How long does it take to get ephedra out of your system?

I am having twitches & painful nerve endings? Is it common or no?

The ephdra will usually leave your body in a couple days but the symptoms may stay because your body may be going through withdrawl.

Try taking Claritin or Benedryl, I found antihistamine calms the nerves
