i did the same thing you are doing but also...cut out the carbs or decrease them down to approx. 25 carbs a day. That is what I did and you loose it and feel so much better. I also joined Curves and go 4-5 times a week. You will definately loose it if you follow what I told you. The carbs will take a few days to get out of your system, the craving for them I mean, but after that it is smooth sailing and it gets really really easy. Good luck.

Well, about 2 years ago I lost 70lbs, and have managed to keep all but the occaisional 5 lbs or so off....I cut out the carbs, not totally, but I switched to spelnda with my coffee, and heavy crean instead of milk which has lot's of carbs, gave up pasta and most "white" foods. Stopped buying snack foods, now if I want a snack, I have sugar free jello, or fruit....and If I need something crunchy, I go for carrots with salt on them. Also switch to lower fat cuts of meat...and for meals, just have meat and a green veggie, skip the starchy stuff that gramma used to make...It will work, you just ahve to balance the fats with the carbs....It took me about 5 months to lose the weight, but well worth it....crystal light drink mix will help too, for when you get sick of plain water, and just go for a walk in the morning, before you eat...
Good luck

Sounds like you're on the right track. I went from a size 60 to a size 50 by cutting out the junk. Still trying to lose more.

Took me one year to lose 60 lbs because I hit a plateau last march and haven't moved since. do not stop eating. that's the worst thing you can do because it screws up your metabolism, slows it down and your body hoards it's fat because its in starvation mode.
eat 3 sensible meals a day, high protein meals like fish, tuna, cottage cheese and chicken. continue to work out. it will come off, possibly not as fast as you'd like, but it will.

It sounds like you're doing everything right. One thing is that everyone gains and loses wieght at a different pace. So don't think you're not doing something right because someone esle is losing it faster than you are. Best of Luck to you.

I did what you are doing, and added LIPODRENE to my diet. It increased my energy and metabolism and contains "real" hoodia that suppressed my appetite.
This is the strongest weight-loss pill available without a prescription. The FDA banned it for awhile, but it's back.
Best of Health to You!

why don't just do some excercise, and some heavy work.
that includes , no sitting down too much and be active. probably that will help.
