Silly, you're all confused. If you're Nigerian and writing your name as ... (MRS) you should be asking for our bank account details and for our assistance in transfering money overseas....

Let me see if I understand your question. You are applying for a US Visa through a lottery process. This means there are a limited number of visas available and they are awarded randomly to eligible applicants? I guess you are not understanding the definition of the word "lottery" nor do you comprehend the process. Your odds of being awarded one of these visas will depend on how many are available and the number of applicants. In this case, barring any fraudulent practices, there should be only one entry per eligible person so it is impossible to increease your odds. In other words, you stand the same chance as every other applicant. The only thing you can do, and it seems you are already doing this, is get your name into the pool each and every time this lottery is held. It still will not increase your chances and unfortunately a first-time entrant may be awarded the visa instead of you but if you're not in the drawing at all it is impossible to win. To quote a slogan used by the New York State Lottery "You've got to be in it to win it!"
