First a glass of water!
A large breakfast, as large as you can handle and balanced is the important key.
Toast or a bread of some kind...a protein if you do not eat meat then try beans...yes beans.
Make a breakfast burrito.
You did not say if meat is IN OR OUT ...
So try to eat some even a bit if you do eat it.
Some fruit, Slices of apple or some juice...
Lunch should be a bit smaller and dinner the smallest of them all.
BUT try to get all the food groups into all the meals.
Breakfast should be the biggest meal.

I guess you must have had breakfast already by now as you asked this question an hour ago, but how about trying avocado on toast tomorrow, and yes I know it sounds so gross and horrible but try it, it's really good, slice the avocado quite thinly, lightly butter come granary toast and put the avocado on top of the toast, you can season it up a bit if you like. Wash it down with a lovely bloody mary, spicy tomato juice with Worcester sauce and some celery salt.

On the run?? Make yourself a smoothie!!! I do it all the time...take your favorite fruit, peaches, strawberries, blueberries, add some fruit juice, I like pomegranite and blueberry...and some plaiin yogurt. throw it all in the blender for a minute or less and pour it in an insulated cup. ( You can get a real boost by adding a teaspoon of fiber to it )
Enjoy!!
