If the guy tells you that he needs time to think about the relationship and that he needs to make sure that he is with the girl for the right reasons... what is the girl supposed to do? should she give up and consider the relationship over and done with or pursue it further? and if she does pursue when should she call??? should she call or wait for him? as you can see I am confused....

Well, perhaps you'd better stay away for a moment. You don't really know what's in his head, right? Perhaps he is truly doubtful, perhaps he already has another girl, or many other reasons.
Make sure that you have relationship with the right guy. If you don't, it's better for you both to end the relationship. Remember, your life never depends on a single boy.

I would give him a little time a couple weeks.But dont pine away for him.He could have been trying to let you down easily trying not to hurt your feelings.Dont call him when hes ready or if hes ready he will contact you hopefully he wont wait to long when your involved with someone else.Sounds like he also may be afraid things are moving to quick and hes not ready to really fully commmit to your relationship

I'd give him some time, no need to rush into something else right away...some guys make better decisions when they take a step back to clear their mind and look at the bigger picture...giving him alittle space will allow him to make sure he has no regret for what ever decision he comes up with...don't push to hard..let him make the call.

Well if they need to think about it, is cause they want to see another people and then realize that they want you back? thats not fear!!! if you love someone youlove it and thats all.
If I were you, I rather prefer to move on. Do not wait for it and enjoy your life. Soon enough some guy will really value you.

if a guy tells you he needs time....then give him all the time in the world!!! that's means he's out exploring his other options!! he just wants to see if there is another girl out there for him...that maybe better at many things than you. but as soon as a guy tells you that....that's when you know you're done with him!!

The best thing you can do in this situation is wait to hear from him. Remember, you cannot lead a horse to water. And do this for yourself...go out and meet others. I wouldn' t hold my breath waiting for this guy to make a decision.

Just go on with your life. If he wants you he will contact you.
He doesn't want you. What he said is a nice way of letting you
