No Jesus did not. Gospel was written sometime after he died. Anyway, he was a single. When the Gospel was written in the 60AD, those people who met Jesus while he was alive still around. However, there is no objection to it.
His love affair was a much latter additions. In terms of hundreds and thousands of years. It can't be true.

The gnostic texts say that He kissed her once, there was nothing about an affair. The gnostic texts were written over a hundred years after the crucifiction by unknown sources and are not taken seriously, as they are clearly wrong on many things.
