The glad eye... that's so cute.. never heard that before. You can't blame him if your attractive. Would you be as uncomfortable if it was a beautiful woman? Just talk to him, and tell him you're not interested, if you're not. Does he think you're gay? Set him straight with a little tact... Maybe you're misunderstanding his "glad eye"!

Ignore it, but if it gets any worse, explain to him calmly that you don't swing that way. He should understand, but if he starts being awkward, then you have to go to your superiors and explain the situation, as it could be taken as harrassment.

It's sexual harassment, report it to the HR department. If it continues you can sue him and your comapany and then you won't have to work anymore.
