I have one reason for coming into this room, and that is to offer what ever help I can, to people who have not lost their faith in the God this country once believed in. As well as those who may be interested in finding out what I know about Jesus. If people who are gay, demand the right to chose their lifestyles, why can't I ? I did, I chose simply not to give in to what I did not believe in, drugs and prostitution were enough, and if I knew another way I would have never done that!. Having drugs or violence be a big influence in your life, can cause one to follow suite, I have made my choice, and you can't make me gay, if I choose no to be.

Thank You,

Ps, if you can make me gay...by your opinion of what and who I am, then any one can make a gay person straight, in the same way...and we know that is not happening...it is all a choice. By the way, I have been celibate 7 years now...by choice every day.
I'm just happy, not gay...lol

This is the genealogy room, night light. There are rooms for Gay and Lesbian concerns, men's health and biology. There are better categories to post in. We don't argue about acquired characteristics vs. inherited ones here.

Genealogy is the study of family trees. Although many gay and lesbian people don't have children, they all have ancestors. If they document their sources and take the story about great grandpa being married to a Cherokee princess with a grain of salt, we don't care what floats their boat in the love department.

Go thump your Bible elsewere. The Gods the people in this country once believed in were Earth Mother and Sky Father, mostly; exactly which manifestation depended on what tribe they were in before the white people came over from Europe and ruined the hunting.

Your whole spiel is a little confusing, but I think you are saying being gay is a choice. You may not have chosen to act on your desires, but that doesn't mean you're not gay. That's a great path if that is what you believe.

You can't make a straight person gay because it is determined by nature, not a choice. That is why you can't make a gay person straight. If it were not hardwired, then we would be able to counsel heterosexuals to be gay. Do you think we can do that? If not, how can you tell me you can change a gay person?

Ummm, I guess, uh, congratulations?

Have you ever thought about prozac. Calm down. Who is trying to make you gay? You can't be gay if your not gay and you can't be straight if you are not straight. Don't worry what other people think, just be you. God made you the way you are for a reason.

Good for you. But I'm not Christian, so your words mean little to me. Guess what--I WANTED to be straight because it would have made my life easier. But I'm not.

By the way, according to my religion, you blaspheme by passing judgement, but you shall not burn in eternal fire. For my God created EVERYONE, loves EVERYONE, and cannot condemn them no matter what they believe or who they are or what they do.

Even though you are a Christian, God loves you and blesses you.
