I lost two teeth this way before I got my implants. I know your pain physically and emotionally. If the tooth is not lose from a recent injury then nothing can be done to save the tooth.

See a dentist. If the tooth was hit or something they might be able to reset it and save it. If not the tooth could die and cause an infection.

visit the dentist they might pull it out and put a tooth implant in to fill in the gap can be expensive though it's either that or go granny let them all fall out and get dentures

You can't without dental care...you can take care of it, brush, mouth wash, and salt water rinses. Make sure you leave it alone, the more you play with it the worse it will get.

Get the dentist to pull it. It must be really uncomfortable for it to just be hanging there.
