A lot of people are driven by their family, children, wives/husbands, desire to succeed. Or to simply live by the motto "if you don't work, you don't eat" What motivates you to get up in the morning?

For mi its the joy of saying my prayers without which my day will not be peaceful for sure. The moment i open my eyes every morning, freshen up i sit for mi prayers and that sets the momentum of the day to follow ahead. Then, everything seem to fall in place.. breakfast tastes good, wife and kids greet me with sweet kisses, i find my dressess well ironed, car is cleaned, tyres are ok, there is fuel at the station, traffic is smooth, the music from the deck is soothing, parking space is available at the office car-park, the lift is not crowded, colleagues greet when i enter the office, boss is pleased (his finding fault notwithstanding, bec he is the boss!), day passes off peacefully.

I am motivated to get up in the morning because I work at a job I do not enjoy. (I know, absurd). Every job, and I've had over a dozen jobs at age 19, I have wound up hating. I'm still in school, and to pay for that school, so that I can find a job that I do like, and make a better life for myself, I have to work at a job I strongly dislike, maybe even hate. I can't get financial age (parents make too much), but my parents won't help me pay for school. So I work. And I work. And I work. The thought of wasting a life at any of these jobs gets me up in the mornings, so I can earn as much money as possible, and get the hell out of there. I guess I could say I do it so that I can better my life. What's your motivation?

Well what motivates me is a few things. Some things push me more so than motivate me. The love for my family pushes me to get up every morning and do what i do. But the love of a good friend to talk to motivates me.

I don't like getting up in the morning, but I do it for my kids, also I do renovation on my house, because I like to live in the better life style, I do painting -because it's good enjoyable time for me, well there is always some reason and motivation..

I MUST get up in the morning and do all the things I hate to do because I have 2 girls and a worthless ex-husband. If I don't do it, who will?????

I go to my job every day because it keeps a roof over my head. I wake up every day because I love my husband and want to be around for him as long as God will let us be together.

Asking the Lord to lead me in everything I do and say, and to be that witness He needs me to be for someone that needs Him.

my 2 young children motivate me.If i dont get up they dont get what they need.And I think everyday if something tragic were to happen to me what would happen to my kids kinda scary
