I've checked everything. But I noticed last night as I was driving my inside and outside lights start to slowly dim. When I got to where I was going it just went out. The battery and alternator is new changed them out twice.

Sounds like you just have a glitch in the electrical system - check fuses, cables, and connections.

Have you verified that the alternator is actually charging (working and the cables between them and the battery are actually connected properly. The only other way is that the positive end of the battery or alterator is making contact with the ground. However you would of blown a fuse.

1) Any faulty wires that are grounding out could drain your battery.
2) Any device that is left on drawing current
3) Your battery could be going bad and not holding a charge (this happens alot in extreem temperatures both heat & cold)
4) Bad alternator not charging your battery.

Take your car to a legitimate autoparts store and they can test your battery and alternator for free and tell you if either of those parts are good/bad.

If both are good buy a multi-meter to test for amperage draw
