yes i read 'long questions' every now and then when i have time and when i consider that i can answer it. if i cannot help right in that moment i save it in my watch list...
ever person should ask what needs to be answered. i don't see a problem in this. but i see a problem in the earnestness of the answerers.
I'm stepping to another question now...have a great day!

i personally read the entire question. sometimes i have trouble with the wots and ders that some people use. sometimes i don't understand. generally, the format used by you this time is excellent. some people ask 8 or 10 questions for the price of one. that isn't good because i focus on what i think they want to know. hope that helps.

It depends on how precise the question is. If it is incomprehensible the further I read then I stop and move on to another question. But if the person has taken the time to read his own question to make sure it makes sense and is spelled correctly I have no problem in reading a long question.

It always helps if the question is well written and makes sense. Many of the long questions here are small treatises on some personal issue, rarely getting to the point.

a pointed list is easier to read then paragraphs. with each point hit the highlights of the story and question.
It also helps if people type as they would write a letter instead of using this moronic "web-speak" typing. That drives alot of people on here crazy and it takes forever to get the idea of what the asker is trying to say.

I will usually read the question. The answer is always on the web. The best questions are specific and fact-based.
