awww people I want the juicy stuff. Obesity is an epidemic in America. I want filthy Walmart fatties to confess their diet and habits so that people can learn what NOT to do with their lives.

I WAS 192 pounds at 5"2 this January.=P I have lost 66 pounds and grown 4 inches since then, but I'll share what I was like. You can know, it's no skin off my nose. I'm disgusted with my old habits, anyway.

-I ate McDonald's or Burger king adult meals every day for Lunch. I also would eat my Dad's fries and Drink hal of his Soda. I might have skipped a day once in a blue moon, but that's it.

-My family got take-out twice a week for dinner, if it as pizza I'd have 6 slices loaded with pepperoni. We saved the rest too, and I had it for breakfast the next day.

-We had super-sugary Iced tea in the fridge all the time. I would have about 6 servings of this a day (720 cals right there).

-If we got soda, I would drink the most of it and forget about the milk that day. Oh wait, I never drank milk unless it was smothered in chocolate syrup, that's right.

-Psh, water? That's gross! NONE for me, thanks!

-So is every veggie other than peas, brocolli, and CHEESEY POTATOS! I liked peas and broccoli, but I ate potatos by the barrel. Either in tater tots, fries, au' rotten potatos, or in fried mini potatos with butter and seasoning.

-Fruit? *jeparty song plays* OH WAIT! I did eat watermelon a few times a month!

-Excersice? Uhm, pain? My fastest bike riding speed was 19 MPH DOWNHILL, I couldn't run for logn at all, and darn it, I am NOT walking up the stair instead of the elevator unless you kill me!

-Hum de dum...I love my television.=) Good T.V. I liked to watch you for 8 hours of the day and at meal times.

Well, yesh. I shall stop gabbering about my mudering-myself days. Hope you enjoyed reading!

-Char

Let's just say I am 64 pounds overweight for my height and BMI. I have been working really hard to lose. And so far here is where I am. The diet and exercise is worth it. I was 300 and now I am 220.
