"Desirdirata"

Go placidly amid the noise and the haste,
and remember what peace there may be in silence.

As far as possible, without surrender,
be on good terms with all persons.
Speak your truth quietly and clearly;
and listen to others,
even to the dull and the ignorant;
they too have their story.
Avoid loud and aggressive persons;
they are vexatious to the spirit.

If you compare yourself with others,
you may become vain or bitter,
for always there will be greater and lesser persons than yourself.
Enjoy your achievements as well as your plans.
Keep interested in your own career, however humble;
it is a real possession in the changing fortunes of time.

Exercise caution in your business affairs,
for the world is full of trickery.
But let this not blind you to what virtue there is;
many persons strive for high ideals,
and everywhere life is full of heroism.
Be yourself. Especially do not feign affection.
Neither be cynical about love,
for in the face of all aridity and disenchantment,
it is as perennial as the grass.

Take kindly the counsel of the years,
gracefully surrendering the things of youth.
Nurture strength of spirit to shield you in sudden misfortune.
But do not distress yourself with dark imaginings.
Many fears are born of fatigue and loneliness.

Beyond a wholesome discipline,
be gentle with yourself.
You are a child of the universe
no less than the trees and the stars;
you have a right to be here.
And whether or not it is clear to you,
no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should.

Therefore be at peace with God,
whatever you conceive Him to be.
And whatever your labors and aspirations,
in the noisy confusion of life,
keep peace in your soul.

With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams,
it is still a beautiful world.
Be cheerful. Strive to be happy.

When everything seems so dark, we always turn towards something or someone to give us warmth ang light to be able to hold on and brave it all. You have your husband . . .make this time a reason to seek his warmth. Be there for him, in his moment of sorrow. . you are not alone. You have to learn to appreciate that things have been better since you have each other. Share your grief to him, and be there for him. No time to lost yourself only unto your sorrows. Experiences like these with both of you opening yourselves to each other, makes your bond much closer. Your love for each other will guide you how to handle the situation. Be open and share all. . .. Talking about it with your spouse will set your feelings and emotions free. Hold on together, and believe that God's wisdom is beyond our reasoning. Seek His presence and pray for enlitenement.

If good days didnt last then bad days will also go. Bright sun light has to come after dark night. U need to just wait and do whatever u can do to make things better. Give ur 100% and leave rest on god. And if something is not in ur hand then just pray to god to god.He will help u. I will pary for u too. Good luck.

When I am going through hard times I like to read the Book of Job
I also like to remember the Mustard Seed...
If you have Faith just the size of a mustard seed, you could move mountains...
Trust in God and remember He has a plan for you.
I can personally say from my own lifes experiances, that the Lord has always carried me through the hard times. So have Faith, a childlike Faith in the Lord.

God loves you. Pray that He will give you strength to endure whatever happens.

I know it sounds corny, but this too will pass. Life will go on, no matter what the outcome of your situation. You are not facing this alone.

You have a Guardian Angel by your side. Call upon him to support you.

May Our Lady wrap her arms around you and give you comfort in your time of need.

Be strong - Think of the uncertainties in life - Take good care and show a lot of love to them till the last moment - they will appreciate it. Support your Husband. Get a few close friends to give you a hand occasionally.

God has everything under control. Don't give up and don't give in. You can make. Trust in him and he will see you thru. Please hold on to him and put him in your heart and thoughts and always pray. He will guide you and show you that their is nothing to hard for him to do in your life. God is good ALL the time and ALL the time is his and his alone. I really hope that helps. Believe it because it is so true.

EGBOK. Everything is gonna be OK. Really. Think positive thoughts. Death is going to be part of your life forever. Life, however, is yours; accept and grieve and remember the good stuff.
