Er ... I don't think so. The cat gave you a present. You are supposed to shower him/her with praise and pet and tell him/her what a great mouse catcher he/she is.
You don't even have to keep the mouse. Your cat may choose to eat it or play with it. DO NOT throw it in the trash while your cat is looking. That will hurt its feelings.

the reason the cat brings you the mouse is the cat wants you to be proud. look what i caught kind of thing. buy it some catnip and give it a treat. after all you would want to be rewarded for doing something good right?

She wants praise from you and a little treat in exchange. My cat used to bring me a snake when I was cooking pork and a bird when I was cooking chicken. Maybe an exchange would be a good idea. The only difference was that her meat was always alive and mine was cooked.

she like you and want to show that she is satisfied with you, your behaviour and your treatment.
Therefore, she doesn´t need a mouse :)
Treat her like you did before and she´ll be happy..
