yes, they can. Its because some of them are designed to lower the blood pressure, and when the blood pressure drops, we feel light headed and more tired than usual.

Yes, certain ones can. You feel tired and exhausted on exertion. The symptoms may last a while or they may not go away. Talk to the doctor that gave them to you and see if it is possible to manage symptoms.

Yes they can do, my father in law was given them for high blood pressure and had to come off cos he felt so tired and sluggish. See you doctor.

i've used them for around 3yrs to stop me from shaking, and i've never felt tired. i suppose it depends on the individual. try them when you'vew nothing planned for the day and see how u feel. they did work for me. they also calmed me down a quite a bit. hope this helps
