what is a good season to put in the butter, for when you butter your pizza pans for pan pizza????????

How about trying olive oil instead of butter for that pan pizza? It has a higher smoking point (burning point) and will give your crust that same great taste with better health benefits. Try Italian Seasonings, garlic powder.

Pan pizza? That's again a stupid american invention. I have travelled the world including italy, never have i seen such a disgusting thing as Pan Pizza. No offece

Butter never gets near my Pizza!!! I use corn meal on the bottom of the pan....

Combine Garlic powder and Italian seasoning with your butter Or just Garlic Powder and Dried Basil butter generously and sprinkle lightly with corn meal and enjoy !!!!
