A person is going by a train.He gets down for pee at some station.After coming back he sees that the train has left,There are two other people on the station-P & Q.P always tells the truth and Q always lies.He knows their nature but doesnt know who lies and who tells the truth.What is the only question that he can ask to know where the train has gone?

Simple - ask either one "What would the other person tell me if I asked him 'where did the train go?' ". The liar will give you false information. The truth-teller will tell you the truth about the liar's response, which would also be wrong. Whichever answer you get will tell you that the train went the other way.

He goes to the ticket stand or where u buy the tix and asks the personin the stand where it went.
or he leaves the station and goes and gets a taxi
