three simple steps:
1. buy the cd
2. run it inside your PC (autoplay)
3. follow the instructions.

Get an english copy of windows and install it.
Or get a multi-lingual windows and choose English as the language.

take the cd and restart your system with cd rom support.
Make sure that cd is bootable
then if u r installing WINXP or 2000 the setup will run automatically and u have to just follow the instructions
when setup completes then boot the system without CD support and it will start windows
make sure that cd is bootable.
