There's no problem using breast milk as an cooking substitute. In fact i known a few who even baked using breast milk. However, the breast milk used can't be stored for too long, lest it may have a sourly taste to it. Also, the texture and colour may not be as ideal. I've also heard of mixture forming 'clumps' when used for baking, if you don't mind, it should be a problem.

Breast milk is way too sweet to use in Macaroni and cheese! Use water, chicken broth, even a little powdered coffee creamer to richen it up if you want.
