The main on written is Tagalog. Then on groups with some similarities belongs to Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.

In Luzon; There are Ifugaos, Ilocanoes, Tagalog, Mangyan, Bulacanoes, Aetas and others native tongues which is interconnected.

In Visayas; There are Ilonggos, Aklanon, Antiquenos, Capizenos, Cebuano, Bul-anon, and the central which contains most of the Visayan tongue.

In Mindanao; There are Tausug, Maguindanao, Maranao, Bilaan, and other native dialects which relates to the Muslim tongues.

But Chinese is already considered to be the business tongue of the Philippines and english and tagalog is the common communication.

Filipino or Tagalog as it was so-called before is the national language in the Philippines.

But there are also, Visayan, Waray, Ilocano, Panggalatok, Ilonggo, Kapampangan, Bicolano etc..

Plus, the other languages of native tribes.
