I would like to know how to better appreciate my girlfriend. I try to give her all the love and compassion she deserves. I think she is the most beautiful person in the world(yet she doesn't think that). She is incredible, caring, and understanding. So how do I better appreciate my girlfriend?

You are doing it already and as far as her self esteem goes, she will regain it with time. Just be there for her and don't be too much in her face or she might get tired of you. You're a nice guy, I like you. Otherwise keep it up.

if you are doing all these things, and she still does not see how you appreciate her, then chances are she is not on the same page as you. what lady does not appreciate compassion. how does she feel about you? does she go around raving about how incredible you are? if your relationship is going to work, you both should be putting in the same amount of effort. not just you.
you are doing just fine in the appreciating category. keep it up, but only if it truely is a two way street...

You already asnwered your own question. Love and compassion are very important. You say she's incredible, caring, and understanding.....just be the same way to her and she will think the world of you! Lots a luck!!!

let me be frank with you. you may be very nice and caring to your girlfriend but your girlfriend may not like to have your full attention all the time. For an instance, in your relationship, all my galfrenz find that they like guys who spent 80% of the time being caring towards them and 20% of the time to be a male chauvinist who can make good decision.
However i find that you are really a wonderful guy!!! Haa....

do little things to show your appreciation, like cooking her dinner one night or when you know she's had a rough day run her a nice hot bath and put scented candles around it or send her flowers at work for no reason other to say you love her. it really is little things that make a big difference.

Are you in love or what! If she feels the same as you, don't bother finding new ways to show her your feelings. I can imagine it's "La vie en rose" with the two of you. So just enjoy that as long as it lasts!

Make her something from scratch,by hand.

A meal is nice but then it's gone.

Something from leather ?
Something from wood?
Frame up a special photo?

You know her, what would she get a kick out of?
