The best religion is the one you're most comfortable with... Every one has been given the gift of free will and each of us are allowed to decide and choose what we want to believe.
When you make your decision, my advice is: don't try to force others to "convert" to your beliefs. If given the opportunity, you could "plant a seed" of knowledge and allow another to decide which path they choose to follow. The worst possible thing you can do is get in another person's face and personally criticize or insult them as some atheists, Islamists, cultists or others do (note: I said "some", not all).
In here as well as anywhere else, be prepared to defend your decision because all it takes for some people is to know you are "religious" and the attacks (verbal and otherwise) will begin.
As for myself, I will continue to defend my faith and beliefs whether any one likes it or not. I have been known to post answers as to whether or not a "religion" is a cult, but I also supply documented PROOF to back up my comments. Supplying facts is not an attempt to convert, however some people honestly don't know what a cult is so I answer with the best proof I have access to.
If one chooses not to believe in anything, so be it. However, unless one was raised by wolves, there is absolutely no excuse for not having good manners or keeping insults to themselves.

This is an honest answer. There is no best religion out there.
Religion is a form of domination. You try to close the feeling of people getting magic solutions.
Take this point, The pope asking in Auswitchz were was God when that occurred, if he, the Saint of God in Earth does not know where he is, Where God is?
You take the Bible Genesis, Man was created to image of Elohim (being Elohim Yahve, a plural word, was he created to image of 2 Gods?)
After that you say Jesus is God, well before 325AD that was not the case. There is no reincarnation before 555 AD, that was not the case. The Church issued a Bulla Papal to kill the cats because they were evil and the world suffer the black plague?
After that the Spanish Inquisition, what did it do for human being, more than torture and killed them in the name of an unknown God. And we can go to the 70's or today and see religion trying to influence the world. The final fraud which preacher or priest has given one cent to God to ask for contributions on his name.
So you can see you are on this world to elevate your spirit and religions are here to help you avoid it, choose which religion is the best?

I think the best religion out there is whichever one fills the gaps in the life of the person seeking religion. I do not believe there is a perfect religion, as each has gaps, unanswered questions, customs and rules that seem to change with the times, etc.
If the religion one chooses happens to be Christianity, there are so many subsets that not only will you have the belief in God and Jesus, but you will have to choose which set of individual rules and beliefs you wish to subscribe too, as each subset of Christianity is slightly different from all the others.
Each religion will claim that they are the right one, but it is my belief that there are serious problems in every form of organized religion.
Regardless of what religion a person is, the message that should be taken from it is that we are here to do good, to try to be good people and to love each other, no matter what their race, creed, sexual orientation, etc.
No one religion has it 100% correct.

I wouldn't say any religion is best...In my mind organized religion has done nothing but cause pain and suffering. Sparked wars segregation, bigotry, violence and hatred. Religious persecution has gone on for centuries.
It's not just religion, people use racial and social status to segregate, then there's political segregation. Mankind is so obsessed with creating differences between each other that we don't stop and take time to appreciate our similarities.
We are all members of the human race...if there is a god. Then we are all his children whether your Christian, Muslim, Jewish or whatever. As long as you treat everyone with kindness and respect it doesn't matter what religion you are.

All religions are false. Any one who is religious deceives himself so that he can sin as long as he wishes and at the same time follows the rules of his religion, which he has adopted so that he can justify his conduct and his sins. For example, may be he goes to church(or pray 5 times a day in the mosque); or he usually fasts....and so forth. If some one is religious in his heart, let him visit the widow that has no one to take care of; let him check the orphans and have mercy on them, and let him have control of his tongue because the word that comes out of the mouth has power over life and death, and is lighted up from the very midst of Hell!.

The best religion is reality. Christianity is not a religion. It's a reality. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is the restored Church of Christ in these last days before His Second Coming. I know that this is true because of the Holy Spirit, which enlightens us to know the truth. What would you do if Moses came back to the earth. Wouldn't you want to hear what he had to say? Well, there is one, like unto Moses, on the earth today. He holds just as much authority and power as Moses did anciently. His name is Gordon B. Hinckley and I testify to you that he is a prophet of God. Jesus said that we shall know them by their fruits...whether they be true or not. I know that he is true. You may know this too through pondering the fruits of the man and praying. God bless you.

There is no BEST religion...its what you have come to believe as being TRUE.
I am a born again christian, but this does not stop me from respecting the beliefs of other faiths or religions much as I may not concur with them. What I can say however is, I believe God the Father, the Son and the Holy spirit.I believe Jesus died for my sins, redeemed me from hell, is alive and wil be returning for his church (believers in Him). With this I could persuade others to get saved but I would not use my faith to argue and tell them that their reigion is wrong.

anyone who tries to tell you that 'their' religion is:
-the best
-the truth
-the proper path
is basically an idiot. how can anyone know what religion is the best when they havent actually lived in all the religions to choose from?
its about as academically valid as giving a report on how one movie is better than 5 others, while having only watched the one movie, and at best being told a little bit about the others... by people who generally want to convince you the one movie you watched is way better.
think about it; judgement on several life experiences and which life experience is better for everybody, but done with actual practical knowledge of only one life experience.
a little common sense- shows that it doesnt make any sense at all. everybody thinks that their way is the best, and you should be very wary of anyone who tries to tell you they know the 'truth'.

God detests religion and so do I.
Here's why...
1. Its a human construct
2. It leads so many people away from God.
3. It causes wars
4. It's an excuse
5. It's dead boring and monotenous!
There is no 'best' religion. They are all bad.

there is no best religion
all religion are accepted equally among society
it is up to you and your opinion to decide what is a better religion
so dont just pick a best religion because many religions has consequences and commitments
so there is no best religion out there...dont take it from the christians' word...take it upon yourself
