Okay. I'm stuck in this terrible sleep cycle. it's 5:00 A.M. right now. I can just see myself sleeping all day until 2:30 P.M 30 minutes before it's time to be at work. Then I see myself coming home at 10:00 P.M and not being able to sleep until about 5:00 A.M in the morning again. How do I end this sleep cycle and get on a normal schedule?

If your body is telling to to rise from sleep and 5:00 A.M do it. Yes, you may feel that you can sleep until 2:30 but most likely you will not. After work, go to the Gym, Run, Bicycle, etc..... At 9:00 go to bed, without the T.V, and enjoy your sleep until.............
5:00 A.M. Now repeat this step.

slowly go to bed earlier and earlier. you will slowly train yourself to feel sleepy at a desired time.
