"im not very good at thinking" You know what? Dump his ***, anyone who actually breaks instead of builds your confidence needs his nuts chopped to pieces.
You're a great person, and being forgetfull (as many other people are) does not make you any less a person. If he's too blind to see through that, and too shallow to love you for who you are. You don't just deserve better, you CAN get better. The longer yuo stay with him, the longer it takes you to find someone who acknowldges you for who you are.
You know what? If you keep downtalking yourself enough, you'll believe it and end up being the puppet on the string of his tennis shoe. You really deserve better.

Sorry to tell you but your partner is moulding you into what he wants, you have to make a decision. Either let him change you or put your foot down & tell him you want to be your own person like it or lump it! Don't worry that you forget things lots of people do, we are only human we all make mistakes. Your partner should not make you think the way he wants you too. It's your mind & be yourself believe me in the long run you will learn to be happier.

This man is trying to control you, picking faults with the way you do or dont do things is his way of belittling you and destroying your confidence. Dont let him make you feel useless, this is what he wants. He needs you to need him and although he may come across as in control and confident my guess is that inside he is very insecure. You need to try and stand up for yourself and be assertive. Dont change the way you are or do things for him, tell him to back off or you will be off! I have been there and i let it spiral until i was like a little mouse, i wont let anyone do that to me again. Please dont let this happen to you too xx

Your partner sounds like a right bully!! The situation you are in will only get worse not better so i would seriously consider getting out now while you still can. Abusive partners always try to make it appear as if it is your fault that they are behaving in this way so please do not fall into that. YOU ARE NOT TO BLAME AND ARE WORTH MORE THAN THE WAY HE IS TREATING YOU!! Please do yourself a favour and get away from him now!!

The lassie above me is right. Doesnt seem to me that he treats you like a unique human being, more like a pet animal. Get out, he'll lose out in the end!

It sounds like he doesn't respect you at all. Put your foot down and demand he treat you right.
