possibley "milk pimples" alotta lil babies get lil white pimples anywhere on the face, associated with milk.. hence the name... they are nothin to worry about...
Also if the baby is still "new" it cud be upcoming spots where the baby will be pealing.

It's almost like a little bit of acne. I have seen this on lots of babies, and it goes away on its own.

This could be from breast milk. Do you breast feed your baby. It is normal that this happens, so dont worry about it.
