I have been doing martial arts, and would like to master many many other fighting styles, i'm a big fan of jet li, and believe that martial arts should be used to disipline ones mind and body, and not to be used as a weapon to hurt others, can you name some of the other fighting styles in martial arts you know about?.

Ok you have got to be f*cking kidding me! martial arts is all about self defense and yes its a source of using your body as a weapon! Get with real life man. Yes you do train your mind and body but thats not the purpose. Now there are three realms in the martial arts community. (1) Athletetic sport bound fighters (2) there are the artists which do it for self realization and discipline so forth (3) then there are people that do it for all those reasons and for the simple reason to protect yourself from certain death or fortunately a trip to the hospital. To disable or render another person helpless of in turn trying to kill or damage you in any way shape or form. They all where at some time in ancient roots trace back to training ones body as a weapon and with great power comes great responsibility.

If you have been doing Tae Kwan do, you know how to fight standing up, I would suggest you look into a grappling style like Judo, Ju Jitsu or Aikido. This way you will be rounded out with being schooled to fight on the ground and standing.

Looks like modern day Tai Chi is just what you're looking for. You'd never be able to hurt anyone using that... even if you tried. :P
