Drip irrigation is just where the water drips slowly out the end of a bunch of small tubes placed near the base of each plant instead of spraying over all the plants from a sprinkler head. Just get a bunch of small tubes, straws might work, or actual drip irrigation tubes from a hardware store, and connect them all to a water source. The water source could just be a can or paper cup with a bunch of small holes around the bottom into which the tubes are inserted. The problem would be to prevent leaks where the tubes go through the holes, Maybe you could put some plumbers putty or modeling clay around the tubes where they go through the holes.
