My fears are snakes and I am claustrophobic (the fear of tight spaces). I don't actually fear snakes but I am always careful in high grass. I use to visit my grandmother's farm in the country when I was small and there were plenty of snakes around. They have the power to kill you.
I began to realize that I was claustrophobic when I started noticing that I felt uncomfortable in closed in small places. Not necessarily in elevators but if I become closed in...in tight places, I don't like it. My worst moment came when I wanted to take film out of my camera when the roll was damaged and I didn't want the roll exposed. Well I shut myself in a small dark closet to do the task. The closet locked. There I was locked in a tight space, in the dark. I was a full adult.
I shattered the whole wall, as well as the door getting out of there. That was not a good experience.

I fear for this world, which has distanced itself so far from God. I fear that I won't want to have children because I don't want them to grow up in the horror that I see around the world every day

Clowns - for the obvious scary reasons. And deep water...not knowing what is underneath you, how deep or how close. If it could hurt you, if you will have a chance to know if it's gonna hurt you before it does. And there are soo many undiscovered weird things that could be down there...

I fear death and my mother. My mother abused me as a child, and now it hurts to even think about her, and I'm scared that I'm gonna run into her again one day and all the memories are just going to come right back and hit me as hard as it can.

This may sound strange but one of my greatest fears is being left alone or behind... I have nightmares sometimes about being left out on some desolate desert or having a loved one die and leaving me alone etc... I know it's text book co-dependency, but it really gets to me sometimes. (... I am scared of spiders too..lol)

in a relationship context, loneliness, but that's everyone's.
my real fear is blindness. i'm such a visual person and do so much with my eyes - reading, films, writing, drawing, painting and need them for my job. i'd be devastated to be blinded.

my husband will cheat on me again...
(we've been through a lot but men can't always control themselves even though they should.)
why?
because it takes a lot of streignth to try to build up a marriage after such an incedent.. twice? i couldn't do it. i would fall apart.
