as the girl is copying from you,you just simply write and tell wrong answers for a few days and when ever the girl answers loud she will become a fool.you practice this for few days and later she dont even copy from your books even you offer her your "answers".best of luck

Ask your teacher if you can have a different seat. If the teacher wants to know why, tell your teacher that you want to do well; but this person is bothering you. That should be all it takes.

In my person-pleasant opinion i quite do not imagine so!!!
