When you are truly comfortable having sex with both men & women irregardless of arguments against either one. Not simply thrilled by sight of something sweet, anyone can appreciate attractive qualities in others, but actually doing the deed and having a need to do the deed with both men & women.

Look at Angelina Jolie, she had 1 relationship w/ a female. The rest men. Is she bi?
I never have seen a truly bi person. Gender flipping is more normal than you think.
It's all about whose energy your attracted to. It could be male or female.
Besides no one can control their attractions. Go with what makes you comfortable.

if you're a teenager you can chalk it to uncertainty, experimentation and raging hormones. once you mature into adulthood you become pretty sure of your sexuality. i think strict "bisexuality" is pretty rare among adults. you're pretty much attracted to one gender or the other.
