I can't believe someone feels the exact same way as I do. When I know it is going to be a sunny, warm day, I get this depressed feeling. I think it's because I know everyone will want to be outside and I prefer to be inside, also I hate to be hot. The only time I like this weather is if I am at a pool or the beach. On the other hand, winter is my favorite season and I love it when it rains and is dark out? Most people feel the opposite and suffer from S.A.D. seasonal affective disorder. They actually have to go into tanning beds in the winter inorder to get some sun and feel better. They should come up with a term for people like us who would prefer the rain and stormy weather, lol.

Two factors have to be considered: one relating to mind and the second to constitution. If a person lives under stress for a long time under unfavourable conditions to one's expectations and does'nt get expected results one gets used to negativity and doubt which becomes part of unconscious mind and makes one feel miserable to external brightness. this aspect together with a person's constitution such as physical build, environment in which brought up and family traits etc. have all to be considered while seeking psychological councelling or treatment using alternative medicine such as homeopathy or Bach flower therapy.

It could be a deeper issue; you may be slightly depressed and perhaps you don't feel good about yourself or know what to do to make things better. If this is the case then I suggest you talk to a friend or set small goals to try and improve things. Hope this hits the mark; good luck.

May be you are alone. May be because you do not have somebody with whom you can share your feelings /emotions. May be because of fear deep hidden in your mind. May be due to fear that lovely atmosphere, beauty, charm will not be forever.
May be ... ......

Analyse and try to find out. Sometimes our mind compares outside world with our mortality, limited capabilities, helplessness etc. and creates that feeling. Try to feel cheerful in good surroundings. Be in the company of cheerful people. By being cheerful you will cheer other people.

Cheers and best luck !

Best luck.

The weather doesn`t reflect how you feel, you don`t feel sunny in your mind. Maybe then you feel guilty because you feel you SHOULD be happy because it`s Summer, sadness isn`t a seasonal thing. If you`re sad then it doesn`t matter if the sun is shining or if it`s pouring down with rain. If it`s any consolation, I feel the same!

Positive and negative ions. It's the negative ions that make you feel good. I know. I live next to Niagara Falls. The negative ones are produced by falling water. Why do you think people honeymoon here.

Because it's too hot. I'm like that. I come alive at night when it's cooler. I can't stand the heat.
