Macromedia has joined with Adobe...now the website address is www.adobe.com
u can find all the macromedia stuff as well as all the adobe stuff..
u can download Flash Player from www.adobe.com

To get the real one, just go to any page that has a flash video on it. You wont be able to play it, and your browser will tell you that plugins are needed to play it. It will also give you a link to get that plugin. Hit Ok, and let it do all the work for you. Youll get the official one, free from spyware etc. :)
